Margaret Chen Kercher
Margaret represents both criminal and civil clients. Not only has she represented large companies, small businesses, and municipalities, she advocates for individuals as well. After working for a nationwide firm, she decided to bring her large firm experience to a smaller scale. As the owner of a small, client-focused firm, the buck stops here. Margaret does not pass your case off to an associate, an assistant, or some other law firm. A highly-skilled, partner-level attorney will handle your case. She carefully selects a caseload that is manageable, so that each of her cases is given the attention it deserves.

Before opening her own firm, Margaret had experience handling an array of criminal matters and civil matters including personal injury, consumer protection, and contract disputes.
